Deliberately misleading unsolicited marketing. I’ve seen replies to other similar reviews where the company denies this, but they know exactly what they’re doing.

Scam company. I received the same as many others who have left negative reviews. I thought it was from Companies House too and paid them £65! They have since responded to say a refund will be issued.

I really can't imagine doing business like that!

Received a letter, looks like it's from Companies House, these people are scammers. I see they reply to reviews like this with responses like "We in no way try to portray ourselves as Companies House, and make every effort to make this clear. Our letter has our branding clearly displayed which has no resemblance to Companies House at all", I have attached a pic of the letter, their logo must be in white.

Dodgy company that sends out letters implying some official standing.
I see their stock response to other similar comments is 'We in no way try to portray ourselves as Companies House, and make every effort to make this clear.'

I see plenty of other people have mentioned these scammy letters previously. Clearly not making every effort, it's not hard!

The QR code on the letter appears to have somehow got hijacked by another scammer so we ended up with a subscription to a club in Cyprus.
We then spent ages on the phone to the bank to have credit cards blocked.
The scourge of QR codes!
