I have used Dirty Dicks for welding in the past. That's a phrase I never thought I'd type out, at least not in a public forum. But the deed was done and it feels kind of liberating to say it.

This review needs to tackle the name issue further. Well, it doesn't need to, but it is going to. The owner has made the decision to go with this bold and witty choice of business name, so we should at least give it some mileage and milk it for a bit more.

The name can be a bit of a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it sticks out and prompts people to talk about it, but I forgot the phone number the last time I used them and then had a bit of a dilemma. Did I really want to put 'Dirty Dicks of Glastonbury' into Google and take my chances with whatever the wonders of the internet decided to dredge up from its murkier depths?

So once you have the phone number, store it in your phone straight away (Though best to ensure you put 'Autos' alongside it in case a suspicious partner has a nose through your phone).

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the quality of the work was all good, and the prices seemed more than reasonable, so if you're in need of auto repairs in the Glastonbury area and haven't ever given them a try then I can recommend giving Dirty Dicks a whirl.

Had an unknown issue with my van, sat out all night in the cold waiting for the AA to assist me with no luck so had to take into my own hands and 24/7 recovery gave me what I needed to get me home.
