Through a chance meeting David was able to find a buyer for my holiday chalet almost immediately. He was always at the end of the phone and answered/ dealt with any queries, problems I was concerned with. The sale then went smoothly. Will use again David Coates again if in a similar position .

David was recommended to me as first time buyers with no idea about the process. From an initial phone call, he lined us up with Tom, a brilliant mortgage advisor from Trusted Home Finance, who was able to get us a mortgage in principal within days.
David was in constant contact with us, checking in regularly to make sure we were OK and understood what was happening at all times. He answered any questions or concerns big or small, and no question was a stupid question to him. He was also a huge help in recommending properties and what to look for within our budget. He helped us to find the perfect home and supported us with putting an offer through to estate agents.
He recommended Foster’s Solicitors to represent us, who were brilliant and always there to answer calls and emails (although David chased when we needed him to).
When we came across a problem with the property fairly close to the end of the process, David advised us with what to do and helped to navigate a way around the situation. Honestly would have felt very ‘in the dark’ without him, and wouldn’t hesitate to use his services especially as first time buyers.
From offer accepted to completion date next week, it took us 4 months in total but imagine it would have dragged on longer without David pushing it through for us!

David was such a help when we were looking to relocate to the Isle of Wight from Cambridgeshire.
Time was of the essence as starting a new job and living in temporary accommodation was adding to the stress of moving and David kept things moving.
Helping with arranging viewings, surveys etc and negotiating our purchase. He chased the whole chain to progress our sale and kept us informed along the way and also kept us sane, with good humour. We now have a beautiful new home on the island in a great location.
