I recently moved into an apartment managed by Smith and Sons. From the very get go, Emma Atherton the estate agent we dealt with was brilliant. Communication was great and she always responded really quickly to any queries. The application process was really straight forward and Emma kept us up dated every step of the way. When we got accepted Emma was so happy for us and was super kind and friendly on the handover appointment.
