Just popped in here (Sat 28th September) all three staff at the reception/ desk were friendly, helpful and very polite! Will be looking to switch all my accounts and services to Darlington Building Society, if this is the kind of customer service they offer.

Staff are all very professional and friendly too, it's always a pleasure to visit the Bishop branch and have a little chat with the staff ? no complaints from me, can only strongly recommend the Darlington Building Society.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from the Bishop Auckland staff my husband and I are overwhelmed by their thoughtfulness don't get treated as an individual by the big names. Great customer service is quite rare these days
