The guy on plasterboard always checks what I put in the tub and never smiles. I always try and be pleasant especially as i spent hours sifting through all our builders rubble so all I brought was plasterboard. The guys up the top were fun and had a laugh. Top blokes like the fellas at Hoath way Tip.

Household waste site in Chatham.Operates a booking service so doesn't get too overcrowded. Separate sections for recycling . I've always found the staff to be helpful. Health and safety practices are in place.

Reading some of these reviews and I can't help thinking they must be talking about another pickle I've been more then once not had to pay always had my email ,never had any problems, staff always friendly , only thing I will say is some more helpful then others

I'd like to thank the staff at Capstone this morning for their help in assisting me and my hubby when he became breathless whilst unloading our car. They were quickly on hand and finished unloading the car for us. Lovely customers also helped. Luckily hubby had his puffer with him and recovered well once back home. Thank you to all of you again.

Rigid when it comes to controlling who can visit and when they can visit. They have an online appointment system which is fine but you can only book for one entry per visit per day. They are inflexible even when they have no visitors. The gate guards sit there all day to let in 1 or 2 cars per hour. All started after the pandemic and the council / or the commissioned company has been stuck in that mode post pandemic. They are unable to adjust to post pandemic. Curious to find out who their administrator are.

You have to book online first - household waste. Don't just turn up. Need to choose a day & time slot, (I had between12-1.45pm) from what is available. Name, address, car or small van, colour + number plate. A ref number is given in an email. Need to show email, by phone or printed to security as you enter. I only waited 2 days for a space & could choose time slot. I have always found the staff here very helpful & friendly. I was helped today by an employee who moved the fridge to the container once I unloaded it. They have gates at every other car space at household, so not near the next car. I thought it is very good how it's been set up

As if booking isn't bad enough, even though you booked the time slot you can't come back, they are going to make everyone pay £10 for each visit! Why do we even pay our council tax?!
