One of their customers crashed into me yesterday. I contacted my insurance who arranged my repairs and courtesy car. Over the course of 26 hours Flock called me twice, emailed me 5 times, text me 5 times. I hadn't given them permission to contact me in this way, hadn't given these details to them. When they got me on the phone today they told me I had to take their courtesy car. That if I took from my insurer through Enterprise car (which had already been arranged for me) that they wouldnt cover all the costs, that I could end up with a bill for thousands and be taken to court and they've 'seen this happen to other customers'. Bearing in mind I've just been in an accident yesterday that's no fault of my own since I was stationary and someone went into the back of me. This should be sorted between them and my insurer, not me being hounded with calls and threatened on the phone from them. Really terrible to be honest. All over a courtesy car.

Great company that offers easy to use hobbyist and commercial drone insurance. I use Flock for all my commercial drone operations, so far touch wood I've never had to make a claim but it seems fairly straightforward to do through the app should I ever need to.

I've recommended Flock to so many other drone pilots and I will carry on doing so!

Since acquiring my PfCO in 2018 I have been using Flock Drone Insurance as my only avenue for insurance cover. I find their app very easy and quick to use, within a minute or two you have your cover there on the app / email inbox. Amazing!

Today I have had to renew my Operations Manual and have had amazing customer service through their online chat, very responsive (Reiss-Rene Niles in particular) and cover all bases first time. I had my new cover letter emailed to me as I was having iPhone issues. Many thanks for your continued support Flock, and look forward to using you again and again!
