Isn't it funny how after a bad review suddenly they'll be a five star "usually I wouldn't post a review but......"
Where to begin, I won't, can't even be bothered, had enough. I am so drained because of Motorcade.
Spent the past 4 hours trying to cancel a policy they decided to take out on my vehicle when I opted for not automatically renewing.
Avoid, don't give these clowns your details, they'll steal your details, go against GDPR and ruin your life.

They doubled the premium at renewal and I had to cancel it 3 times and still tried to take my money. The only way I could cancel it was to stop the direct debit

I really don't understand why people would give them such bad ratings.
This was my best experience with an insurance company so far, and I know that if everyone would pay attention to the exact terms from the beginning, surprises wouldn't happen as the people that work here do everything in their possibilities to make sure the customers leave with all the information.
It's in their interest as well as they know that an unhappy or uninformed customer will come back to them and I'm sure they prefer to have a day filled with positive energy, instead of leaving work wishing to have chosen to be massage therapists instead .

AVOID THEM PLEASE!!
More than a scam!
Very very very bad experience.
Their systems don’t work. You only acquire stress and depression from this lot.
Nightmare trying to contact anybody. Finally cancel your insurance policy when they have taken enough money from you and put you and your family in danger.

Do not use!!!
Took money for car insurance and vehicle is showing as not insured, contacted ombudsman, trading standards AND the FCA and have made sure they are being investigated!!
Scammers like this need to be closed down and serve some time in jail

I paid a visit today to the Central London Motorcades office and all I can say is that deserves over 5stars. John was there to help me so I been out of their office in 10 minutes. Really helpful and he gave me all the details I needed to know. Definitely recomand this Company and the lovely,hard working staff. Well done John and thank you.

Very Disappointed with Motorcade. They say anything deteriorates due to age, This has happened to Motorcade. I have been using you since 2005. You need to learn to appreciate your customers and learn to respect them. A Happy Customer is a Good Customer.
Your company is due to nose dive to its end if you don't employ better staff.
Shame really, Once upon a time you were great.
