I being calling from two days and no one is answering the phone even

Absolute rip off merchants. Set up policies to auto-renew, then send messages from various insurers purporting to be unable to match or better your premium when the time comes. St. Giles said the lowest they could get our policy was £2500. After 20 minutes on the phone, talking to a few brokers, we were able to find the same level of cover from a competitor for £850.

Similar experience to first reviewer. St. Giles getting us policies for upwards of £3k for several years. One call to another broker and we are now paying £1.4k...
