Thanks to Georgia and Phil at First Mortgage for helping me with my home insurance again. Georgia called me when my policy needed to be renewed and was so friendly and professional. I can not recommend First Mortgages enough!!! Buying a home is probably one of the most exciting and worrying things ever.... but since the second I had my first phone call with First Mortgage NE I had no more worries. I have worked with Chloe James and Georgia Graham and they have been amazing and with me every step of the way. I am constantly working and Chloe and Georgia have completely took all of the pressure off me. From my first phone call Chloe put me at ease and helped with my Agreement in Principle and help to buy application. And when I say helped.... I mean I just talked and she done everything for me!! Chloe found a mortgage most suited to my needs and I was able to get an amazing interest rate! When I was ready to do my mortgage application, Chloe completed everything for me and had even sorted quotes for house insurance etc. Georgia has chased my mortgage provider up when I have been too busy to, and most of the time without me even asking! They have completely taken any pressure off me and has meant that my house buying journey has been so smooth and stress free. And to top it all off... the service is completely free! So pleased I turned to First Mortgage NE as my broker.... and everyone else should too! They have been helpful, discharged duties professionally, good inter-personal relationships, highly responsive to customer's needs and willingness to always help. This team is amazing!

They made the whole process easy for us, with simplicity our mortgage is done without any hitch. When it comes to issues of mortgage, i don't think i can relate with any other Mortgage Company than First Mortgage.

I have started recommending customers to First Mortgage and i will continue to do that because the team that handled our mortgage did a great job in ensuring our documentation went smoothly.
