We have been dealing with PMUK with regards to an management pack for one of our clients home . i have to say Matt has been amazing from start to finish and acted on getting the pack out in a super quick time . i would also like to say all the other staff members i have spoken to have also been really helpfully and friendly nothing is to much trouble . I'm a resident of a flat in Se18 and I have contacted the admin at PMUK recently to report a couple of issues. Dumped bulky waste and overgrown bushes around the estate is Se18. Matt from PMUK responded on the same day and arrange the waste to be removed the same day and the gardeners to prune back the overgrown plants.

My partner owns a home that pm-uk started managing last year. Our entrance security door to our homes has been left broken for over four months, with a paper sign taped on the glass from pm-uk acknowledging it is broken two months ago. They do not seem to care that anyone can access our undercroft parking or letter boxes. Fingers crossed an online review will get the job completed and we all will get the service we are charged for.

PMUK took over our Block L as a management company in October 2017. Fantastic very good ? management company did lots of great jobs in our Block list is too long As a leaseholder I am very happy with their performance and certainly I recommend PMUK to anyone who is looking for a good management company for their Block/blocks.
