We have used the Tax Partnership for over 30 years. They have always been professional, easy to call with questions and help and get answers straight away. Both Debbie and Simon are brilliant and knowledgeable as are their team. I couldn’t recommend them more.

only ever heard good things about them, but unfortunately I didn't have the best experience.

expressed the urgency of my tax return, took months for them to sort, called up time and time again and could never get through to the correct people.

was contacted by Debbie for payment, told Debbie she would be paid when funds were available ( rather frustrating when you want to work with a company and they do the absolute minimum but then come DEMANDING payment. Then today got a letter through threatening to take me to small claims court )

Very poor communication skills from yourself Debbie, had a very bad attitude on the phone and via emails, to the point where you told me you're going to take it as a compliment that you have a sassy attitude.

Could not stress enough how bad the service is, don't think they really care if you're not some big company who's going to have an ongoing payment.

Payment was sent today, glad I never have to deal with this company again.
