Having not been in the rental market for many years I found it to be a challenging place. Dealing with many agents was often unpleasant, customer service was non existent, they wanted lots of very personal information just to view a property. I was getting very frustrated when I made an enquiry to Derbyproperty4u. Ken immediately came back to me, his way of doing things was night and day compared to other agents. He was friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and gave fantastic service. He quickly arranged a viewing, showed us round and explained everything. He then kept us up to date through every step. The whole process was so quick and easy with Ken and I would recommend him to anyone looking to rent a property. I cannot praise this business highly enough, many agents out there could learn a lot from Ken and his business.
