I have had an amazing experience so far with this company. Chloe and Simon have been extremely helpful with the whole process of us securing and moving into the property. Chloe has also made sure to check in on us through the Arthur online app to ensure we have everything we need. This app has made our lives so much easier too as we can query anything that needs fixing through this app. The house is a lovely property in a really nice neighbourhood. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience. I would 100% recommend this company to all students.

Moving into the new place has been absolutely lovely! Sharon basically had us convinced from our first viewing that this house was the perfect fit for me and my friends. My room did not have a table and chair when I moved in but Sharon got me both of those things for me asap! Sharon and her team have been very helpful and have been available to help us all the time. I couldn’t be more happier with my decision to move into my new place and I am well aware that all of this has been possible because of Sharon and her team. Extremely professional team and very lovely people! The house and my room is also absolutely perfect. Would and have been recommending this team to all of my friends and colleagues!

Simon, Sharon and the rest of the team were amazing! I’m an international nurse who was in dire need of a place and i couldn’t ask for a better housing agent to help me. Simon offered me the best deals with such great locations and made me and my husband’s life so much easier now that we moved to a foreign land. literally a 5/5 star in terms of service and assistance and overall quality satisfaction! I personally dealt with Simon, I have never encountered such unprofessionalism in my entire life!

Swearing and a lot more.

I wen to view a room before I had even entered the property there were flies rushing out the kitchen. Very dire properties.

Would not recommend to anyone who is seriously searching for somewhere!

Rented with them being new to the country, the staff is very professional and friendly. They showed me a variety of options that were all very well looked after. All throughout the tenancy and prior to moving in, the service was above-average, I can't imagine much better agencies. Highly recommended!
