Amazing loan broker. Will definitely revisit her when it is time for a remortgage. Definitely went above and beyond with promptly answering all of our questions, and easily contactable via email and whatsapp. We were also happy with the borrowing amount we were able to obtain. Although I believe this is highly dependent on the borrower, she did give us several lender options. Additionally, when one of the property fell through after a property survey, Joanne was quick to pivot the loan application towards another property (at no additional broker cost), which we were highly appreciative of to this day as it was a daunting decision we had to make, made more difficult with a looming deadline.
