Up until purchasing a property this year we rented through Rounce and Evans for the past 11 years. The service from start to finish has been amazing. The application process can be daunting but Matt handled it like a pro. The very few times we had issues with the property Matt was quick to send out an engineer who quickly fixed the issues and were polite and professional.
Smooth process from application all the way through to final walk through when we handed the keys back in.

Not happy with Rounce and Evans, wouldn't give me my deposit as a shared tenancy, the other Tennant is now leaving and won't give my half for me and my dog, these stupid rules have to change
