Don’t go with this insurer!

I’ve been with them for the past year and called this morning as I received an email stating my policy has expired. I called up to continue it to be told that they cannot do this. I was then told I’d need to get a quote again and have to pay the admin fee and the fee for the miles tracker box which is around £200!!

A very nice lady did check this for me and said she would wave this fee for me. I went to do the quote and it wouldn’t accept my criteria?! Even though I’ve been with them for over a year. I then spoke to another lady who basically did absolutely nothing for me as a basically ‘wasn’t their customer anymore’. What a way to treat someone.

I only travel to work 1/2 times a week so pay per mile was all I needed.

I’m now left with no other option than to pay a fortune through another company for an entire year which has come at a really bad time for me.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. They don’t care about their customers and don’t do anything to help and keep you.

Had insurance for a year with this company then they decided not to renew my policy with no reason very poor .I'm 51 full no claims bonus but apparently I don't fit they criteria they also did this to my son yet no refund on the £82 I'm in credit yet asking for they box back I'd like an answer please what is your criteria jurny? Over the last year insured with yourselves I've driven 527 miles I don't go far don't use motorways and have over 30 years driving experience I would like to think I'm a perfect candidate for your company apparently not I'd like you to get in touch please and explain in detail the reason I don't fit you criteria anymore look forward to hearing from you.

I was paying 18p a mile initially, and now I am paying 38p a mile,, which is double from the previous year. They said i renewed a few days later than my policy expiration date. The service for the first year was brilliant but it changed. I am about to cancel tomorrow. I pray I get my deposit back. Dont go near them. I have removed the 1 star I gave them. Oh dear, I can't

Been with JURNY for 6 years without issues other than the website being very clunky. Woke up this morning to a message saying my policy has been cancelled and when calling them they recommended I get another quote of there website. After 6 years as a loyal customer they will not give me a quote. Incredibly frustrating and will no longer be recommending them.

Very surprised to see the bad reviews. I have been with Jurny for a year now and have been extremely impressed by them. Fortunately I have not had to make any claims thus far so cannot comment on that aspect. In terms of topping up and actually paying for what you drive is a fantastic idea and I am paying much less than I have paid in previous years.

No problem wry reasonable and fair pay as you drive pricing. Unfortunately they were unable to insure our new car as it’s not compatible with their jurny monitor device

This company terminate your contract at any given opportunity even if it's their fault given that they have some sheety website that does not work properly/sometimes. I will not recommend at all.
