After travelling behind an excavation lorry on the motorway and having loads of hardened lumps or clay hit my car, CRS repaired it back to new. Claire on reception clearly has the garage well organised, courtesy car waiting, clean and with fuel, called me as they have completed the repair early and was ready to collect when it was convenient for me.
Barry returned my paintwork back to brand new and couldn't fault his work or turnaround time of the repair.
All the guys very helpful and friendly. Easy location to get to and find. Great experience ( except being pebble dashed on the M1 by the excavation lorry of course! )

My car was hit by another driver and their insurer arranged for the repairs to be done at CRS. I had great customer service, the reception team were really helpful and flexible with my dates & times. A quick visit to get things assessed, they ordered the front bumper & grill, the parts arrived quickly and they arranged a convenient date for me to return. The Honda parts come colour matched so the repairs were done in 3 hours flat … and I had my car back the same day. Cannot give anything less than 5 stars for the service I received - thank you to Claire & all the team
