Visited branch to get set up with secure key pad , lady in branch was excellent very patient and went the extra mile and helped set me up with telephone banking brining me into 21st century which is a great asset thanks for your time and effort good to know you can still walk in and get assistance rather than being greeted by a machine.

Web site says Devizes is open, just made a special journey and it is closed until 13th so a completely wasted journey

Huge building with bare bones facilites - same with the massive Lloyds across the Market Place - why don't banks share space with airport style desks for different banks..... save energy and combine must be the way to keep banking facilites open and available

Had a great experience with their best in class customer service. Got all my banking needs setup within the premises. I had a bad experience with a different branch of HSBC near London, in contrast all the staff members at HSBC Devizes, are really helpful and cheering. Great work team!!
