If you are looking for a property management service then look no further than William Property Management Ltd. My experience with the company has been nothing short of fantastic. The team consists of three wonderful professionals these being Mark, the director along with office & property managers Vanessa & Adam. I found myself looking for a property around six weeks ago & had visited other service providers in the town which compared to WPM were little better than average. From the moment I visited the office I was made to feel welcome by all staff. I spoke to Vanessa predominantly & she found a property that suited me within minutes, better still she arranged a viewing within the hour! Her professionalism, knowledge & enthusiasm is second to none & she was happy to answer all questions as well as offer advice. I expressed an interest in the property having viewed it, all subsequent checks & paperwork was completed within three or four days & I actually moved into the property the following week.
Since moving in I have visited the office on a couple of occasions to ask further questions & drop off some mail. I spoke to Adam on the last occasion & he is equally as enthusiastic, knowledgeable & friendly as Vanessa, as is Mark who oversees an exceptionally well run business. I cannot praise these people enough. Their help & support is second to none & I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new home. Many thanks team ?

A wonderful team of highly professional individuals. Communication with tenants is excellent. Mark, Vanessa and Adam are friendly, supportive and behave with ethics and values. In my opinion, they are industry standard as a property management agency.
