I am deeply disappointed with the recent decision to dismiss the concierge team without prior notice to either the residents or the staff. The concierge team has been an essential part of the building, especially considering the unresolved maintenance issues we’ve been facing for months.

The lift has been out of service for over six months, there’s persistent flooding on the ground floor, and the intercom is still broken, making it nearly impossible to receive deliveries as drivers have no way to contact us. These ongoing problems have significantly impacted the quality of life for residents, and it’s frustrating to see the situation worsen with the removal of the concierge service.

When I moved into this property, I did not expect to experience such poor building management. I strongly urge the management team to reconsider this decision and reinstate the concierge service while addressing these persistent issues.

The worst property management firm I have ever dealt with (and I've dealt with a few over the years).

I am a leaseholder in a building they manage. Eight hiked the service charges way over on what the last agent charged but actually haven't let me pay them. No, instead of responding to my emails to arrange the payment, they gave my details to a debt collection agency which has invented hundreds of pounds worth of extra charges.

Speaking to the Leasehold Advisory Service, one of the agents said that this may be because they are trying to get forfeiture on the flat.

Anyway, I've had to open a claim with the Property Ombudsman, case ref 113493\TPO. I'm not sure if this is intentional malice or they are just astoundingly incompetent but, either way, it's a complete nightmare dealing with them and I wish I had never bought this flat all those years ago. The stress and anxiety is immense.

I am deeply disappointed with the ongoing poor communication regarding matters affecting leaseholders and residents. It’s been over a year without receiving a utility bill, which is simply unacceptable. When it comes to addressing building issues such as lift and intercom maintenance, the delays have been frustratingly long, and there's been a significant lack of updates throughout the process. The continued lack of responsiveness and transparency leaves much to be desired.

Absolutely appalling service, with no accountability of where out estates money is being sent. £10k for window cleaners who have turned up once and chucked a bucket over a few windows. No lights for around 18 months. Even despite the appalling service (never had a phone call answered) when you do try and pay they give you wrong payment details which change every few months and nowhere to access your invoices. My advice - apply for right to manage and be done with these cowboys

I have continuously sent them emails every day since the last week, and they've continuously ignored me. Whenever I called, reception promised a call-back from the property managers except they just don't call back. My experience with this organization has been frustrating at best.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the management of our complex by Eight Asset Management. The cleanliness is appalling, with trash often left uncollected and common areas not properly maintained. The lifts have been out of order for months, causing significant inconvenience to residents, especially those with mobility issues. Additionally, the hot water supply is unreliable, often going off and on without notice. From a security standpoint, they have failed to complete the installation of essential security doors, leaving residents feeling unsafe. Their management and maintenance services are far below acceptable standards, and urgent improvements are needed.

Really poor experience with this company, very passive aggressive in their approach and behave as if they stand above legislation.

Another, established, managing agent were voted by homeowners to remain at my block. This deciding vote was actually called by Eight AM. Since then, we have chased Craig Stevens of Eight Asset Management to handover documentation, codes, and funds to our managing agents many times.

Lots of stalling techniques and excuses. The experiences of blocks nearby has been poor in terms of service and also transparency.

If you are reading this review with an intention to decide to hire Eight AM - I would not touch them with a barge pole.

This company should not operate as a managing agent, I’ve never experienced so much incompetence in a company. Poor communication, continuous lies and redirection of the truth. Jade ignores emails and conveniently always has an out of office on the site visit but never attended our building to speak to any resident. Avoid at all costs
