Very easy, and very patient as had to change dates a few times but this was never an issue.
Vanessa made the effort to show me the property on several occasions whilst having to drive about 2 hours to get to me.

I have had many issues with Azure over the years. I pay a very high service charge for which nothing gets done. There is black mould everywhere in the communal areas, they refuse to get issues paid for by the insurance policy which clearly says they are responsible.

There is no communication unless they are asking for money - which is frequent.

Terrible for property owners. Do not use.

UPDATE*** Azure's response to an on going situation where black mould is still everywhere and a leaking roof has caused serious damage. Not to mention that apparently I now have. valid claim according to the insurers! Such con artists and agressive cowboys.

I have tried to deal with Azure recently, Brian Chatfield looked at my property and took my keys, now he has disappeared and will not communicate whatsoever.

I have tried to call Azure on a number of occasions and they never answer the phone, I suspect they have gone out of business, although if they have not then they are most definitely a business to avoid.
