I enquired about buying the Freehold of my property, they gave me a price, said it would only take a few weeks and their solicitors would do all the legal work. They wanted the money up front.
I paid them then they said there were problems and i had to employ 2 solicitors of my own and spent 3 years and got nowhere. Endless emails and stress.
They were very unhelpful, really bad communication and they wouldnt refund their solicitors fee so i lost over £500 and didnt get my freehold. They even threatened me with more fees if i persued the matter.

Very disappointing in every aspect. Any involvement that I unfortunately have required with Landmark has been slow, frustrating and incompetent. An utter shambles.

Stay well clear of this company. They send £60 admin charges for late payment of £5 ground rent. Absolute robbers. Reason for late payment is unforseen circumstances and the leaseholders are stuck abroad hence missing the payment.

how can £5 bill turn into a £400 debt.. after the death of a family member who hasn't been in the house... but will be speaking to the newspapers.. its APPALLING

£5 paid invoice just 20 days late has turned into a £400 debt collection, no one in the house due to a death so the post meant nothing, no sympathy, the story will be in bolton evening news over the next week or so.

Terrible company, do not do business with them, they like to refer you to debt collection with out sending any invoices or documentation. Avoid them at all costs! See trust pilot for more horror stories!
