Avoid at all costs and do your research on these guys. 2018 and still waiting on repairs. Harassing me for inspections when my mother is critically ill and I do not have time right now. However they will not chase up the fact I have no tenancy agreement for several months now, funny that. They do not communicate with each other and do not follow anything up, they are all about profit and do not care in anyway about customer service. It’s getting to the point where I am getting harassed despite being told now is not the time. Zero compassion. Complaint after complaint raised about repairs and getting fobbed off and not one apology, not even after speaking to the director. Shocking service from them and I would never rent a house through Castledene, Hollbrook or what ever they keep changing their name to. Do not use these people you will regret it.

I live in a property let by castledene Easington iv had various rented properties in the past and castledene is the best iv had by far. Always go above and beyond to help nothing ever to much trouble especially for my housing manager ashleigh. She's is the most genuine caring and helpful lady iv ever met. She always puts you at ease and can talk to her on a friends level not just housing manager Between her and my landlord they have just had me new flooring fitted for living room and bath. And iv got to say its absolutely amazing. Looks beautiful . Cant thank them enough for what they've done and continue to do. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent properties from these guys you will not be disappointed

Good luck getting repairs done. I have been waiting for 2 big repairs to be done to the property I rent and all I get is the excuse of 'the landlord uses his own contractor'. Surely missing window glass abd mould in the house is good enough reason to get your own contractors in and just charge the landlord? Never again will I deal with this company. Hartlepool branch were really helpful but Easington let them down.

They also never seem to be available to answer the phone.

In particular, I would like to thank Ashleigh who is so on the ball in managing my property and covering all bases with other agencies, as well as having to repeatedly deal with a troublesome and sometimes abusive tenant, during what has become a difficult tenancy.
