Charged me £400 to receive their standard sales pack. I was checking my property maintenance fees on a new property. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE this does not take £400 of anyone's time to produce. I would heavily recommend you avoid this company because although these are low cost, the hidden stealth charges are where they really sting you. Very unhappy with their unhelpful and standoff service.

I have not had much experience with the company, they have taken over the property in Liverpool, Scotland road I was staying in which was originally owned by Trophy Homes ( an awful company that don’t look after their tenants). The one incident I did have however they dealt with amazingly.

A few days ago I was entering the flat to move out some stuff when the lock on the main door wouldn’t work, I contacted boothman property who dealt with the situation, they phoned me back after 10 minutes of me calling and a lovely lady named Ria assured me that they would send a locksmith to me asap ( this was a Sunday afternoon). I also got contacted by Gary who spoke to me about the incident and assured me that someone would be on their way. He also messaged me once I was in the flat to make sure I had been able to enter the flat and that the situation had been dealt with. Within 30 mins a locksmith had got me into the property and has change the locks to the door, which we had asked trophy homes to do when we moved in.

After the service they provided to me and the phone calls that were made by Ria and Gary I have high hopes that this property and the tenants will be in safe hands

I am resident in one of the properties they are managing. Unfortunately the worst possible communication with them. I had massive problems with my neighbour and I tried to contact Paul Boothman numerous times and all of them were unsuccessful. I even tried his out of office phone number and many text messages to call me when he is available. However, it’s been months and I haven’t heard anything from him. Furthermore, we have loads of problems with homeless people breaking into the building and the company doesn’t want to find a solution. The only thing they do is cheap repairs that last 2-3 days and the building doors are again broken after a few days. In general AVOID city heights for your own safety!!

This management company does not want know when you have security issues. City Heights has serious issue with homeless constantly breaking Into the building, the carpark is not secure, after numerous attempts to contact the management to put in some security meausres but the management do not want to know. The homeless constantly hang around the main entrance taking drugs in front of the door, we have children walking in/out and people are taking drugs. The management are fully aware but turn a blind eye. All other buildings around here have security gate to keep homeless apart from city heights. We have asked for a security gate but boothmans do not want to know. This has left us no other option but to move out.
Avoid city heights and boothmans management if you value your and your families security.

The standard of the property was fantastic, and the communication has been better than any other company I’ve dealt with.
