I used the tax department here for help with my tax return for several years. I found the work ok at first but I was passed down to more junior staff and the relationship deteriorated. Unfortunately, when my tax situation changed they weren’t able to be of much help but they consistently tried to upsell expensive services that didn’t align with my requirements. In the end, I was billed for work I didn’t request. When I challenged Purnima McQuillan that the work was not requested or delivered the bill increased.
