Criminals, took my money and insured nothing. My flight from Dublin, Ireland to Leh, India was delayed for more than 48 hours because of closure of the Leh airport. I had to go by land transportation on final leg. I cancelled the flight and paid for transportation and accommodations. That should have been reimbursed according to the policy. The refused to pay for anything. Do not believe anything that is written in their policy.

DO NOT purchase holiday insurance from this company. You are not covered on your inbound journey back to the UK?!!! Ludicrous hey?!!! Never heard anything like this in my life and travelled all over the world!!! They will get out of paying any claim. Go with a more reputable company. Do not get MIS SOLD holiday insurance with their useless policies. They don't deserve even one star!!!!

Don't buy. Flights delayed back to UK from destinations are not covered. One week delay I faced but didn't get any compesation from this insurer. Even though it costed me nearly a £1000 to find additional accomadation. The emails I recieved seemed like a template they send to everyone, not helpful at all.

I feel i have been sold insurance that would not cover any kind of disaster. Ive been told that even if the government advises against going to a country i would still not get any cancellation compensation. I would also not be fully supported if i got ill and was put in quarentine i would have to pay other expenses inccured beside medical treatment.

I booked a trip which was impacted by COVID-19...luckily I had travel insurance! Only it turns out that I wouldn't be covered if I went (due to it being against FCO advice), nor would I receive any refund if I chose not to travel (based on the same FCO advice, apparently). Wouldn't even let me transfer my (admittedly useless) insurance to another date. Overall, awful customer service.

DO NOT use this company!!! Purchased insurance for our trip but was cancelled due to Covid, they would only refund us 50% of a very expensive policy! Will NOT be using this company again. You seriously need to look at your reviews and take notice!

As the name says Bella pasta. A truly scrumptious meal. Great service from friendly and helpful staff.
Next time in Exeter we will visit again.

Pay for the excess abroad then they refuse the claim when we get back it would of bin cheaper just to pay for the doctors appointment and not bother with this company
