All staff are incredibly friendly, making you immediately comfortable, whilst remaining professional.
Kash, was amazing, going above and beyond to help us with my father's account. He gave excellent advice, had great respect for both my elderly parents and we were all very thankful. I've never been in a bank with such lovely staff. HSBC isn't MY bank either, it's one of my parents. Thank you. ❤️

I have had 45 years of excellent service from this branch - always willing to help and coped with all sorts of transactions. Received the Christmas note from the HSBC Chairman saying how important customers are - well would you please review the branch closure urgently - this branch is always busy and if it goes there is nowhere within half an hour where we can go for face to face help. All best

I have just been into branch and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Lorna who could not have been more reassuring and helpful.
I have spent the last 2 days trying to pay my HSBC credit card from my Barclays account and have been back and forward with the app chats for both and on the telephone. I was told I would have to go to branch to pay by cash. Well Lorna has just helped me to solve the problem in a matter of minutes with my app, she could have just taken the cash and had an easy day but she spent time explaining how it works and even waited with me while I did it to ensure it went through. I can't thank her enough. What an asset she is to the branch and community. Knowledge that nobody online or on the phone had. This is why we need our branch to stay open!
