We were searching for a specific type of deal for our remortgage. We were introduced to Jessica who listened to what we needed and came up with some options. There were some hiccups along the way but these were dealt with by Jessica in her stride.

We ended up with the right product for us. The whole process was very smooth and we were kept informed throughout.
