I have bad experience too with this agency! Renting flat almost 3 years! In starting there be trouble to open windows ask to fix but nothing be done! At least 6 months I reported about rats in ceilings and walls do nothing until one day rats get in report and send pictures with rat still don’t do nothing! When moving out don’t get deposit back! There don’t call or text until I call myself asking about deposit! My advice be careful with that agency!

I had nice experience with the agency! Found a nice house and all arrangements, viewing and confirmation contract was done straight after because of dilyana. She knows what she doing and she does it efficiently. If i were the boss of the agency, i would have paid her more to start working from Monday rather than Wednesday 😀

A Cautionary Tale: ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Recently, I relocated to Boston, UK, for a new job opportunity. My employer graciously provided accommodation for the first month, giving me just enough time to settle in and find a long-term place of my own. Eager to get started, I began my search right away, approaching several agencies and viewing numerous properties. I applied for a few that I liked, but to my frustration, I was rejected without any explanation. Time was running out, as my temporary accommodation was coming to an end, and I still hadn’t found a suitable place to live.

With the pressure mounting, I had no choice but to move into a short-term apartment, which came with an eye-watering rent due to the high demand and low availability of properties in the area. It was not the solution I had hoped for, but I was determined to find something more permanent. After weeks of searching, I finally got a viewing for a one-bedroom apartment through an agency called ‘Let Us Let You’. The apartment was in a quiet residential area, and I immediately liked it.

Excited, I followed all the necessary steps to secure the property. The agency sent me a list of documents and instructions, and I completed everything promptly—paid the holding deposit, submitted references, including one from my employer. After a few days, I was informed that my application was accepted, and they gave me a move-in date, about four weeks from then. Relieved, I started making preparations. I ordered furniture, as the apartment was unfurnished, and most importantly, I gave notice to my current short-term landlord.

Everything seemed to be falling into place. However, just one and a half weeks before the agreed moving date, I received a call that completely shattered my plans. The agency informed me, without any prior warning, that the property was no longer available. I was in shock. All my arrangements—my notice to vacate, my canceled viewings with other properties—had been based on the understanding that this apartment was mine. Now, I was left scrambling, with nowhere to go.

What made the situation worse was the agency’s complete lack of accountability or empathy. There was no apology or explanation for why the property was suddenly unavailable. I was simply told to find another property, as if the months of effort, paperwork, and payments were meaningless. Their tone was dismissive, and the staff handled the situation with an alarming level of unprofessionalism. It was incredibly stressful, and I found myself unable to focus on my work because of the uncertainty and frustration.

To add insult to injury, after this disastrous phone call, they demanded that I send my bank details so they could return the money I had paid. I hesitated initially, wanting to get advice on how best to proceed, but the next day, I received an email from the agency warning me that if I didn’t provide my account information immediately, I was at risk of losing my money altogether. Their tone was far from professional or decent. Feeling cornered and worried, I had no choice but to send my bank details immediately. This level of pressure, especially after everything I had gone through, was completely unacceptable.

The agency’s behavior was disrespectful and left me feeling utterly disappointed. They refused to take responsibility for the inconvenience caused, and their staff came across as untrained and indifferent, treating clients with little regard. If the owner of ‘Let Us Let You’ ever reads this review, I urge them to invest in training their staff to handle situations professionally and with the basic decency clients deserve.

To anyone considering using this agency, my advice is simple: avoid them at all costs. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional letting agency, one that values its clients and handles matters with care, this is not the agency for you.

Thank you.
