Waiting for a refund for advanced rent as my property has been sold to another landlord. Chased this multiple times to be given a different story each time. Just contacted them again this morning all I keep getting told is "I have no idea speak to Catherine" who surprise surprise is off today.
Also my current landlord has been asking for the gas safety certificate and electricity certificate he is also being ignored again asked about this and surprisingly "I have no idea"
Terrible company I would give 0 stars if I was able too.

*UPDATE*

Despite chasing the refund multiple times still waiting for it. They just fob you off saying they will chase it up for you and nothing happens. Disgusting company.

Just really a response to Sam Jones' review from an employee.
We've never had a client named Sam Jones.
Our previous address/ MRA Lettings Google ratings are 3.5 stars, which is 7/10.
Room for improvement but you can't please everybody in this business unfortunately.
I hope he/ she enjoys their 'giggling'.
