They were prompt in evaluating the property and advertising it; the valuation was very realistic & an offer was accepted within a couple of weeks. They were always very prompt in replying to any emails / phone calls and were always helpful. My only suggestion would be to reconsider the solicitors they recommend, as they caused unnecessary delays in completing the sale. If I ever have another property to sell in Newcastle area, I would certainly go to them again.
