Hays Travel at Gosforth are absolutely brilliant. Young Amy was very helpful finding our family holiday, listened to our specific needs etc & found just what we wanted. Very friendly staff here, Stacey was also great advising us on our currency exchange, a great help!

I booked my honeymoon through this branch. I've had a few hiccups with my Fiancees passport not arriving and had to make a few amendments. From the start all staff have been friendly and professional. Particularly Sam who has went above and beyond and turned a stressy situation into an easy process. I enjoyed speaking with her and everything got sorted without hassle. Thank you hays travel Gosforth.

what a TERRIBLE travel agent!! They spelt me and my family’s name WRONG even though they were copying it off of our PASSPORTS. We weren’t even able to check in to our flight!! DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT!!!
