Tried taking £750 from my bank when i have had nothing to do with this company in my life. Getting my bank to do an investigation on them as i have always been with BT and never been with virgin money. Thieves.

Tried calling on 3 occasions, over 2 hours on the phone and still nobody has answered … same message saying high volume of calls … waste of space … think it’s time to move my money ?

VIRGIN MONEY YOU ARE RUBBISH! Tried to open an account to transfer an ISA. Utter rubbish. Took over an hour online, then another hour to find a telephone number. Got told it will take a further 3-4 days. A week later phoned as can't log in only to be told they're sending letters out as they need proof of address. Lived here 24 years. Other banks took 5 minutes and was done and dusted, and they did the necessary security. In case you havent realised yet I think VIRGIN MONEY IS RUBBISH
