I was led to believe that my self-assessment for the year was included in the cost of some CGT work provided. I was presented with an invoice for Torgersens submitting my self-assessment, which I was never quoted on, and would have completed myself if I'd been given the opportunity.
I'd advise you to ensure you have a written agreement of services included as verbal offers were not honoured in my case.
