I really appreciate the service I received from Emma Melcalf who dealt with my urgent matter in such great form and with care, I really felt valued. I put my money into the wrong savings account for safety and I had to pay for a years rent up front the next day, I was told that it could take up to 5 business days to get the money back. But Emma said she will do her best to get it back sooner, I left the bank as I was asked to come back in the next morning before I left. A couple hours later I got a call from her saying my money will be back in my account tomorrow and to come back in to go over things. Now I have my money back and I have the right savings accounts setup that will work for me and also lots of helpful advice for future business with them.

Emma saved me thousands of pounds and I am truly amazed by her, we had some nice banter which was good to help with the stress of the situation.

I look forward to many years of using HSBC for my banking needs.

I greatly appreciate Alastair Park for his excellent service. I walked into the branch on Monday to apply for an account but had to pause the process due to a personal issue. When I returned two days later, Alastair recognized me immediately and picked up the application right where we had left off. The entire process was efficient, friendly, and professional.

you cannot get any information about your card from them even if the card is broken. they just let you report it by yourself as lost. SO CONFUSING! and the staff at the desk just being like a guy on top and make you feel back, who's name cannot be seen but is serving now
