Lost my international parcel, after a month I filled up a form to track it, didn’t hear back from post office or royal mail. Then filled an online form to track it, all i was offered was £20 refund, the maximum compensation, which i am yet to get.

I really like the staff. The manager and his family are really nice. Always obliging and customer-friendly. It beats the pants off any other post office I've used.
He also sells some really nice foods, biscuits, cakes etc that are special and a cut above those you find in supermarkets
You can even relax with a tea or coffee etc and read the morning papers!

fantastic garage and the staff are lovely and friendly always polite and helpful asking how your days been, some of the best customer service.
some other shops in gosforth could learn and thing or two about that.
