Had nothing but trouble and problems with hmrc over the past 3 years trying to get my tax rebate, however my tax doc (Zubair) has been a massive support from start to finish. I lost my utr number and my account got blocked from the system which Zubair sorted out for me both of us have been on the phone to hmrc for countless hours over the past 3 years, with Zubair spending countless hours on the phone talking to me and giving me as much advice as I have needed to help the process.
