Jason was fantastic. Great customer service. Listened to exactly what I needed and found me exactly what I asked for well within the budget I gave him. He stayed on the phone while documents came through on email so as if I had any questions I could ask and was very transparent on what was and wasn’t covered by the policy he was proposing. A massive thank you for listening and finding what I wanted!!

When I was looking for the Business insurance I called Shragi asking him if he can help.
I didn't know what I need and what the options are and was expecting to get a very expensive quote to fully cover everything I would need.
Shragi said to me "You don't worry, we'll get the best for you for the best price".
I didn't have to chase them as I was asked when is best time to be contacted and was called at my convenience and with the most patience and all time in the world was explained all my options. After going through all details of the business I received 3 quotes with detailed explanation of the +'s and -'s to each of them and was amazed that the most expensive option was a 3rd of what I expected.

In short Prima Insurance is highly recommended and Shragi Is the guy to ask for, for anything Insurance related.
