My partner has Alzheimer's/ Dementia with other conditions, he has stayed at Bank House for 8 days, he is so relaxed and calm, he has....,..after a couple of days been encouraged to shower and let the staff change his continence pad, he smells fresh and they have encouraged him to use his mouthwash. I have been anxious while he has been there, due to the care (or lack of!! ) he has received at a previous place during respite. I can't thank Bank House staff enough.......If anyone needs to place loved ones into respite, I would whole heartedly recommend Bank House, they're caring, friendly and professional.......once again thank you.
