Wow, what an outstanding performance! Having spent 6 hours waiting for an AA patrol on the A419 and being told three times that recovery was on its way and would be with me in 40 minutes, the contract was finally give to ND Services.

I received a very kind phone call from the NDS office to double check my location and, just 15 minutes after the AA gave them the contract Matt arrived with a recovery truck.

He knew what he was doing and we had the car winched onto the bed, secured and were on our way from a very busy dual carriageway with no hard shoulder.

No messing around, up and out. So impressive to see such efficiency and effectiveness.

We brought the car back to my house which is down a single track private road
with a right angle bend half way down.

Matt reversed all the way from the main road and negotiated the 90 degree turn in reverse in a flat bed truck as if he was driving a Mini!! Extraordinary driving skills!

1/2km in the dark, on an unlit single track road in reverse, with a dry stone wall on one side, barbed wire fence the other and in long flat bed car transporter truck!

I have seen Amazon delivery drivers struggle to reverse back to the bend after making deliveries to my gate in broad daylight!

This made unloading the car a breeze.

Overall fantastic service from a talented team and fronted face to face by a very personable and talented driver, Matt.

The best I have come across, if you are in a fix I can unreservedly recommend ND Services to get you out of trouble and put a smile back on your face.

Travelling back from Wales to Bournemouth when we had a major issue with the front brake ceasing. Our insurance company instructed ND services to assist. We were a little stressed and worried about getting home. Until the Technician Tom arrived to support us. With minimal fuss he had us warm and comfortable in the truck while he loaded the Motorhome. He dropped the Motorhome to the repairers and got us safely to our front door with our essential luggage. Tom what an asset you are to the company. Thank you so much to you and ND services.

I recently had the need to use their services and was massively impressed! The AA gave me an expectation of 1.5 hours; however, 40 minutes of placing the call Lewis Marsh from ND was alongside, in control and had me on his flatbed within minutes! And he promptly delivered me to local tyre dealer, and arranged for the tyre as we approached! Result: I was back on the road in under an hour from his arrival! If I break down anywhere near the catchment of ND I now know it will

Wow! That's all I can say! What a lovely company. Joe was such a kind, friendly soul who was there to help me out in my time of need. With my young self being so overwhelmed with the events taking place, Joe's consistent smile and reassurance really helped to make the whole experience less horrible.

Absolutely amazing, Cannot fault them at all. Was travelling in the area and had a torn cv boot and bad axel. I rang them and they fitted me in almost instantly! Staff extremely helpful especially the guy that helped us get the part in at such short notice (didn't get his name but Absolute amazing guy!). Thank you guys so much! If we didn't live so far away we would have been a regular.

Just seen one of your flat beds on the M4 Westbound just passing the Newbury junction swerving all over the place! Started veering off to the slip road (no indicator) then swerved back into lane 1 of the motorway!

Imagine driving such vehicle, and such size vehicle without any due care or attention.
