This is my final review for this firm.
I am a pharmacist owner of 32 years in southampton .I was served by Phillip , manager at the Southampton Branch for more than 7 years. I have been ill over the last 2 years , and have just recovered in the last 3 weeks. Being a small business , I still had to come in . We were short staffed , and my business did decline over the period of my illness . Despite this , I did every thing I could to survive. I was going to retire due to illness this year. My customers ,local surgeries, my suppliers , the NHS were very supportive . I did learn that HMRC , VAT , and Companies House can be very human, I have a new viewpoint about the latter , and I believe in paying tax anyway as it is another way to serve the country! You only reap what you sow.

I make the following points to support the future success of Naylor, it is their problem how they see this including "that we have read the review , take it very seriously , and had him shot at dawn-problem solved":
1/Nikolai , and Phillip , I think , do not understand , why people leave reviews . They serve as very important feedback . It should not be an alarm to load the torpedoes , depth chargers!
2/They do not have a clear , written down , complaints procedure . This should have time frames , right of appeal , and arbitration . The full details as to which regulatory body to refer to eg ACCA. It should be on the website . There must be accountability , right to complain and probity when dealing with people. Reputation is far more valuable than shekels!
3/They are on autopilot , trying to get 5* reviews , client growth , fees growth, build an online presence . I did not fit in ! They did not know how to deal with me!? They automatically , showed their worse side as a consequence and it showed up their big, big weakness, in my mind.In my remaining years , I want to further expand our pharmacy healthcare dominance , train , empower and develop even more people , further support local charities , and become an Angel Investor to local start ups as these are the life blood of our economy . I never , actually thought about money although I am a high net worth individual . I thought about value , and people but we live in a cynical, dishonest , exploitative world. Today, Jesus would still be condemned to crucifixion ! I wouldn't want to go through that shit again , I don't blame him for a no show ! I apply my beliefs, values , principles, ethics, morals directly to my life . I cannot help it! I have found that the profession of pharmacy always support this people first approach. It is a most honourable profession! It has been a great privilege to serve this profession over the last 38 years.
4/Nikolai is a gentleman but is too hesitant to peep over his self created ivory tower and onto the killing fields of business and customer relations .We don't bite -promise ! Sometimes , the owner has to connect directly with their clients .It goes a long way, Phillip is not good at being the bad guy eg cover ups , cloak and dagger , not taking responsibility and doing the right thing ! Phillip has all the potential to be a great people person but it is the responsibility of the owner to train his team . I hope Nikolais book has a chapter on this !
So , my adventure continues . Death is only a spiritual reunion with god - I am not afraid. I was true to my character and tried to resolve my issues by communication , evidence . They closed ranks on me , and pushed me out .But........... I don't believe this is what happened! I could not trust my business to this firm , and found , "another country."
