I don't actually bank with Nat West. I went in to arrange power of attorney for my mother"s account. I was so impressed with Jen, in dealing with my request. She was so friendly, professional and efficient. In my eyes, a real credit to the company and branch.

Jenny at reception today would not give me anything in writing to say I have been into discuss an issue. Although the cashier said the manager is in the back in a meeting. Jenny said she is not in today
When I asked to make a appointment to see the bank manager she said come each day and it’s pot luck if you see her
A complaint was made 2 years ago and followed up with the ombudsman who came in my favor and asked NatWest to implement their recommendations
NatWest To date still have not implemented
I have to suffer all this time
Extremely bad service
I only have the option to give 1 star
I would actually give a (minus) if I could it would be a - 100
This NatWest bank is the worst but what options does anyone have as all local branches are now closed

Not my bank. Just trying to sort out finances post bereavement. The attention and service i received on several occasions from Jen was outstanding. She remembered me from one meeting to the next, several weeks apart. Thank you, Jen, for your very professional care at this most difficult time.

Handful of staff are extremely helpful. There’s one guy there, think 55plus is so, so rude, cringing stood in queue listening to him, definitely an ego trip. Needs a training session on how to talk to customers. Carol is lovely, think that’s the name, blonde bobbed hair..To be honest all my local NW branches have closed down so I have this place only.

Have been in 2 days in a row to be confronted with large queues on both occasions, i was asked what i was there for by someone doing absolutley nothing. i dont want to discuss the nature of my financial transaction in a queue full of strangers, the main reason being my own security. My recommendation would be get rid of the clip board warriors hassling the queue, if they went and served at the counter then there would be less of a queue. Looking round the lobby there was about 15 people all waiting all with miserable faces, the whole experience is really not very good.

Such irresponsible behaviour from the help desk staff. I had waited over 20mins and she is chatting with other customer on personal grounds. Each staff should have a proper handling time to give right information at least at help desk. I pity their service. Big Zero to this bank and service. They debit money from account and for 2-3 days they haven't credited to the other end for utility payment. Trusting them will put your credit scores in stake.
