A lovely experience in the Bramhall banking hub this morning. No queue, service with a smile, a lovely lady serving and we joked about her being a real person cash machine! Much quicker than queueing in the Post Office or travelling to a larger queue in a Bank branch. Here's hoping people of Bramhall accept it as an asset to the village and use it so we don't lose it. We wanted it after all!

Never used the hub before today, in fact I walked right past it at first because I was expecting an ATM with deposit capabilities, not the swanky new ‘bank like’ building I found. No queue, lovely and efficient staff. New favourite way to pay in.
