My partner and I had have just bought a beautiful house, which we will enjoy making our new home. We are delighted with it, but the journey here has been really tough. We had the most excellent and professional service from GF. I'd like to particularly thank Aimee, who in the initial viewing stages was very helpful. She answered all our questions and found out the answers to quite a few more of our queries by getting in touch with the vendors. She was happy to show us the property several times, which was critical for us in helping us make up our minds. I'd also like to thank Tracey who was persistent, active and extremely diplomatic during the legal side of the conveyancing - a very challenging process.

We didn't use R&B for our sale which I now deeply regret - but the owners of the house we were buying did. We had better service from Tracey Love than we did from our own estate agents! She was fantastic and I honestly can't say enough good things about her. She kept in touch regularly, trouble shot when needed and made sure everything went smoothly. If we ever move again we will, definitely use R&B thanks to her. The service could not have been better - and she wasn't even our estate agent!
