Outstanding Customer Service. With patience and kindness my accounts were sorted and updated. Patricia Prichard was very knowledgeable, calm and professional when helping me update and sort my savings account. Patricia on numerous occasions reassured me and me feel like a valued customer. A proper building society with good ethics. Lots of charity linked savings accounts, and decent interest rates for savings and mortgages. Very friendly helpful staff too. Maybe a bit old fashioned in the digital age, but if it means good customer service, then it's not necessarily a bad thing.

been left waiting for phone calls to be answered on 3 separate days for over 1/2 hour each time. So far no one answers. not impressed. i do not have that much time to waste, and don't believe they are too busy to answer every time.
