I employed OSG in Lancaster to undertake the conveyancing of my late mother's north London property. It was far from an easy sale; one  of the Executors of the Estate appeared to try and sabotage the sale at every opportunity, and then, just at the point the sale was ready to take place, the buyer's legal people tried to impose a long list of onerous conditions on the sale. However Emma Greenwood at OSG rose to the challenge and got the sale done in spite of the obstacles thrown up along the way.
