We are regular visitors to m&s cafe Grimsby. The staff are wonderful always happy to help, friendly and excellent service. The coffee is just how I like it and the scones and croissant are delicious. The cafe is spotlessly clean and it has a lovely atmosphere. We always enjoy going in.

Don't really use the place.
Their vegetarian selection appears to be insulting worthless and pricey or own-brand veggie pizzas both blandly displayed and harrowingly scarce of ingredients.
Staff seem fine and people, I know, do speak highly of the quality of their stock.
Glass half empty....
Nice to repair clothes that aren't damaged deliberately, perhaps make them to a higher standard? It's a bit two edged to state that our quality is beyond reproach, but on the offchance it's not....

Lady in front of me asked if her table could be cleaned. The response was not "of course", but "we've only got three staff on at the moment." It was cleaned, but if you haven't got enough staff, you either get more or close a section so that you can cope. Overall the food and drinks were good, but chairs, floors, tables and tray return areas did leave a little to be desired.

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered Christmas food collection only to be told on collection that it wasn’t there and nothing they could do. Customer service did not care.

Went yo spend some vouchers that we received. Great choice of underwear, pjs and socks for my husband. Great choice for ladies to. The food hall looked to be doing a great trade

Like an oasis. Sadly much of the rest of Grimsby town centre is slipping into a long decline of under-investment and false promises. But somehow M&S keeps the bar as high as it should be.
