My door lock stopped working and i needed an emergency fix. Nigel came out straight away to help me. My front door was old and parts needed to be ordered but Nigel arrange for a temporary fix to make sure i felt safe until he could get the right part. He was fantastic and really helpful. He was friendly and polite which helped me while i was flapping and having a panic! Thank you Nigel!

Nigel is absolutely brilliant - very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. He sorted out my back door lock, telling me all the options available, but with no pressure to go for the more expensive.
Very recently he came out to open my bathroom door, which had got stuck. I'd become quite anxious and he calmed me down!!!! Again, he had excellent suggestions, but no pressure.
I'd recommend him to everybody - and am so glad I found out about him.
