I had the pleasure of applying for a job advertised by Asset Appointments. I was initially contacted by Tim who owns the company; the text message I initially received alerted me that I had received an email but it would probably be in my spam. It was indeed in my spam and by Tim taking the personal time to reach out and let me know was a huge help. The personal care, attention and support I received from Tim was second to none. My experience with recruitment companies have been less than poor up to this point. Thanks to my experience with Tim, I do believe there are recruiters out there who care; who care about their clients; who invest their personal time and effort for people like me who are trying to make their future a better place to be; it's more than just a job for them. Tim approached me about a position he was recruiting for, I found him very polite and professional.
If he doesn't answer the phone (after all he is looking after multiple people), I always found he would call back or drop me a text to organise a chat.

Having dealt with a number of recruiters I have found some of them are in it for the money, give you the chat they have your best interests at heart etc but really don't, this really is not the case with Tim, he wants to make sure that the fit is correct for his clients.

If I were to move jobs in the future I wouldn't hesitate dealing with Tim.
